THQ Nordic Japan announced on July 10 that the PS5 download version of Gothic 1 Remake will now release on November 24, 2026, delayed from July 16. This is the second delay for the Japanese PS5 version; the original simultaneous launch was postponed to July 16 for expression adjustments. The new delay is again to ensure thorough preparation including expression adjustments for the Japanese market. Alongside the delay, THQ Nordic Japan also announced a PS5 physical version, with details on pre-orders and release date to come later. The open-world action RPG, a full remake of the 2001 classic Gothic, launched on PC (Steam, GOG) and Xbox Series X|S on June 6, 2026. The game sold over 500,000 copies in its first week and holds a "Very Positive" rating on Steam with 88% positive reviews from approximately 22,000 user reviews. The domestic PS5 download version is priced at 7,700 yen. Developer Alkimia Interactive handled the remake.

THQ Nordic released the Chapter 4 update for Titan Quest II on June 19, 2026, calling it the largest update since the action RPG entered early access in August 2025. The update opens the new adventure area Wild Lands, which includes ancient ruins, buried cities, swamps, centaur camps, and the Temple of Nemesis. It also introduces two new enemy factions: Boarmen, with five types including Warlord and Firemancer, and Centaurs, with three types such as Flamecaller and Charger. Each faction has unique combat styles and coordinated attacks. New boss battles are also included. The level cap has been raised from 50 to 55, unlocking Tier 5 passive skills and adding new relics for deeper character customization. A new trailer accompanies the update. THQ Nordic released a free demo of the medieval city management simulation 'The Guild - Europa 1410' on Steam on June 16. The demo is also part of Steam Next Fest. Set in the medieval European city of Kuttenberg, players lead a family and expand influence through business, politics, and crime. The demo lets players choose one of three professions: Blacksmith, Innkeeper, or Alchemist. It spans 17 turns with an estimated playtime of two to four hours. The demo currently supports English only. Additional languages and multiplayer for up to 12 players are planned for the Early Access period. Steam Early Access is scheduled to begin on July 16. The game is a return to the series' roots, inspired by the original 'Europa 1400: The Guild.' Players can engage in trade, theft, politics, and family succession across generations. The city's appearance and districts change based on player actions.
