Sei San Sei Rolls Out RPaaS, AI Recruitment Service For Manufacturing
Sei San Sei Co., Ltd., based in Shiga Prefecture and led by Representative Director Hiroshi Takahashi, is launching a full-scale rollout of RPaaS (Recruitment Process as a Service), an AI recruitment agency service specialized for manufacturing. The service covers recruitment strategy design, candidate pool building, applicant handling, and recruitment activity improvement, with AI and RPA used to automate routine tasks. It supports job types including production control, quality control, production engineering, design, equipment maintenance, sales, and plant managers.
