Atlus announced on September 2 the lineup for the Sega/Atlus booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026, running September 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe. Persona 4 Revival gets a playable demo with two selectable modes: Story Main, which covers the early story and exploration of the strange shopping district, and Dungeon Main, which sends players through Yukiko's Castle against shadows and a boss. A new photo experience, the Persona Summon Experience Photo, lets attendees summon a Persona and take a commemorative photo with a special frame, delivered by QR code, alongside a Kuma cosplay spot. Booth novelties include paper glasses that let visitors become the Persona 4 Revival protagonist and a large shopper bag printed with both Persona 4 Revival and Metaphor: ReFantazio artwork. Stage events include DJ RAM RIDER's Persona series 30th anniversary music live, a dancing stage, an Enako talk show with general producer Wada Kazuhisa, a ZETA DIVISION stage with k4sen and Clutch_Fi, and a live by singer Shiori Sasaki. All stages stream on the Sega official YouTube channel. Metaphor: ReFantazio's Nintendo Switch 2 version gets a hands-on Sword Trial based on its Fast & Squad battle system, plus a September 20 talk stage on villain Louis.

Atlus began early distribution of the new battle song "Prime Time Golden Hour Show" from "Persona 4 Revival" on August 31. The track is available on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music, with a lyric video on the Atlus Game Music YouTube channel. Shiori Sasaki performs vocals, with composition by ATLUS Sound Team and lyrics by ATLUS. A second battle song, "Reach Out To The Truth -Revival-", is scheduled for distribution soon.

Atlus announced on August 24 that it will bring playable demos of Persona 4 Revival and the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Metaphor: ReFantazio to Tokyo Game Show 2026, which runs from September 17 to September 21 at Makuhari Messe. At the Sega/Atlus booth, visitors can spend 15 minutes with Persona 4 Revival, choosing between Story Focus, which covers the early narrative and the Strange Shopping District, and Dungeon Focus, which features Yukiko's Castle and a boss battle. The remake is based on Persona 4 The Golden and is set in the rural town of Inaba. Those who try the demo receive a special design Atlus water, a plastic bottle holder, and an original sticker set for Persona 4 Revival and Metaphor. The Metaphor: ReFantazio Switch 2 version offers hands-on content called Trial of the Sword, based on the battle system, though with a TGS-specific build that does not support Joy-Con motion controls. Persona 4 Revival releases on February 18, 2027, for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC. The Metaphor Switch 2 version releases on November 12, 2026.

Atlus announced during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 livestream on June 7 that Persona 4 Revival, a full remake of the 2008 role-playing game Persona 4, will launch on February 18, 2027. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC with Xbox Game Pass, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders are now open. The remake modernizes visuals, battles, and events, according to 4Gamer.net. The original Persona 4 followed a student who moves to a rural town, investigates the urban legend of the Midnight Channel, and solves a series of murders. The game later received a Vita port titled Persona 4 Golden and inspired spin-offs including Persona 4 Arena and Persona 4: Dancing All Night. Atlus previously released a remake of Persona 3, titled Persona 3 Reload, in February 2024. The announcement was part of a broader showcase that also revealed a release date for the Fable reboot, set for February 23, 2027.
