Nori Pro Overhauls Management, Tsukudani Norio Becomes Creative Advisor
VTuber agency Nori Pro has transitioned from individual management by founder Tsukudani Norio to an organizational structure, announced during a livestream on September 6, 2026. Tsukudani Norio has stepped down as president and now holds the roles of founder and creative advisor, while retaining input on overall management policy. The transition was prompted by concerns over the concentration of workload on Tsukudani, who said she worried, "If I collapsed, what would happen to the affiliated members and the agency?" Preparations began about three years ago, and the new system took effect in January 2026. For roughly six months after, Tsukudani remained involved to facilitate the handover. Under the new structure, Nori Pro has assigned dedicated managers and staff to each affiliated talent, with specialized sections for talent management, sales, merchandise, official channels, and 3D models. The agency also announced its second talent audition, with timing and details still being adjusted. Inuyama Tamaki, the agency's founding member, remains affiliated and will focus solely on VTuber activities with staff support. Nori Pro was launched in 2019 and now counts 16 talents, including Inuyama Tamaki, Tsukudani Norio, and Tamahime.
