Nagano
Nagano's Chiikawa work runs across a movie opening, a bakery in Osaka, a song broadcast, and an ANA livery, while other projects credited to the name Nagano include Mei Nagano's producing role and Hiroshi Nagano's Ultraman Tiga reunion. The stories do not establish that these are the same person.

The nine stories filed under Nagano do not describe one person. Four center on Chiikawa, credited to Nagano as original creator and, for the movie, screenplay writer. The other five name different people: Miyabi Nagano, a former HKT48 member doing gravure; Mei Nagano, starring in and producing a DMM TV drama; Hiroshi Nagano, part of the Ultraman Tiga cast reunion; and an unnamed Nagano hosting Love Jōtō. Nothing in the stories says these are the same individual, so the dossier treats the name as shared by several people.
The Chiikawa stories follow a franchise expanding outward. Chiikawa Bakery OSAKA opened on June 26, 2026, on the third floor of KITTE Osaka, with an Osaka-exclusive takoyaki burger and merchandise. On July 1, Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi performed the movie theme "Kutsuzure" with the Suginami Children's Choir on Fuji TV's 2026 FNS Kayousai Summer. The movie's non-credit opening video, released August 13, paired that song, sung by Hachiware, with scenes of daily life, and Nagano conceived the composition. On October 19, ANA was to fly a Chiikawa-themed aircraft on the Haneda to Nagasaki route.
Elsewhere, Miyabi Nagano released her second DVD, Boku dake no Idol, at a August 23 event at Sofmap Akiba Amusement Hall, with a third DVD set for November 20. Mei Nagano stars in and produces Himachi no Joo for DMM TV this winter. Hiroshi Nagano appeared at the Ultraman Tiga 30th Premium Stage on July 10 at Suginami Public Hall, and a Nagano returns as a host on Love Jōtō season 2, premiering August 4 on Netflix.
