The order window runs from September 25 to November 25, 2026, with release scheduled for May 2028. The figure stands 29cm tall and includes a glass base, fur cushion, and acrylic jewel parts.
BANDAI SPIRITS is adding the black Labor TYPE-J9 Griffon to its ROBOT Spirits line as a general retail item. The figure includes a newly sculpted Aqua Unit with two hydrojet motors, plus the conventional Flight Unit, swapped out together with the backpack. It stands about 140mm, includes a damaged head for Unit 2, and ships in March 2027. Pre-orders open at 4:00 PM on October 1, 2026.
Arc System Works' new RPG Kamiho no Clifa arrives September 24, 2026 for Nintendo Switch, PS5, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 4 has released preview stills and a web trailer for Episode 18, which is Episode 84 overall and the seventh episode of The Recapture Arc. The episode is titled "Ram" and premieres on September 23, 2026. In the episode, Emilia arrives on the first floor and meets Volcanica, the Divine Dragon and one of the Three Great Heroes of Lugunica. The Divine Dragon repeats the same words, and the final Trial begins. On the spiral staircase, Ram has the upper hand against her sworn enemy Lye. Subaru's new Authority, Cor Leonis, supports Ram as she fights despite the strain on her body. Lye realizes he is at a disadvantage and leaps toward the sleeping Rem. Preview stills for the accompanying mini anime episode were also released. WHITE FOX is animating the fourth season, with Masahiro Shinohara directing, Haruka Sagawa on character design and chief animation direction, and Kenichiro Suehiro composing the music.
SHIFT UP will release Stellar Blade Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 on November 6, 2026, priced at 7,980 yen including tax. A demo launched on the Nintendo eShop on September 20, and the Switch 2 version is playable at Tokyo Game Show 2026 at Makuhari Messe. The package contains the main game plus all content released so far, including collaboration costumes with NieR and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, with nearly 130 costumes total. Bandai Spirits will release a Figure-rise Standard Amplified kit of Magnagarurumon from Digimon Frontier on Saturday, September 19, 2026, priced at 6,600 yen including tax. The kit uses an arranged design by As'maria, with section-based parts division and stickers for color separation. It includes the Sniper Phantom, Strike Phantom, Magna Blade effects, an action base, Susanoomon parts, and an Orochi effect, and combines with the separately sold Amplified KaiserGreymon to recreate Susanoomon.

Kadokawa released a teaser for the television anime of Yasukiyo Kotobuki's The Diary of a Middle-Aged Sage's Carefree Life in Another World. Tomokazu Sugita plays protagonist Zelos Merlin, the first cast member announced. The teaser also gives the premiere date: January 2027. Real Sound Anime published advance scene cuts from Episode 13 of Mushoku Tensei III: Jobless Reincarnation, titled Diary. The episode follows Old Rudeus, who arrived from the future in Episode 12 via past-transfer magic and left Rudeus a diary recording what is to come. The cuts show Rudeus holding the diary and an old man describing a shocking future. The series airs Sundays at 24:00 on TOKYO MX, BS11 and others.
Heart Machine announced on September 17 that it will lay off nearly all of its staff. Founder Alx Preston said on LinkedIn that a publisher cancelled an unannounced project, removing the studio's main source of funding. Preston said the studio will offer job placement support, and that he does not yet know how Heart Machine will survive.
Kadokawa Store is taking pre-orders for a framed reproduction genga of the group illustration drawn for the TV Anime "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World" Exhibition -10th Anniversary-. The piece shows Emilia, Rem, Ram and others, measures about 343mm by 430mm framed, costs 16,500 yen with tax, and is scheduled to ship in December 2026. Level Infinite and developer SHIFT UP held a press conference and lighting ceremony for the second installment of the Kyoto City-supported collaboration project NIKKE in Kyoto on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Karasuma-koji Plaza on the fourth floor of the Kyoto Station Building. The ceremony ran from 18:00 to 18:40. Voice actress Natsumi Murakami, who plays Arcana, cosplayer Moe Iori appearing as Anis: Star, Kyoto City Industry and Tourism Bureau director Dai Kusaki, an Anis: Star mascot costume, and MC Tomoko Misaki took the stage. A countdown of five, four, three, two, one, light up ended with Nidec Kyoto Tower illuminated in a yellow inspired by Anis: Star. The tower lighting ran for one night only. The main program, a mystery-solving stamp rally called A Journey with Nikke: The Search for Lost Items, runs from Tuesday, September 15 to Tuesday, November 10 across eight locations in Kyoto.
Life Below, the underwater city builder from developer Megapop and publisher Kasedo Games, will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2026, which runs September 17 to 21. Level-5 announced on September 10 during its online presentation LEVEL5 VISION 2026 II Dream that the paid large-scale DLC Celestial Train and the Happy Final Station is coming to Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time. The game is a slow life RPG available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam, Android, and iOS. Release timing for the DLC is undecided. The expansion adds the new ranks Kami Minarai and God. Crafting gains new modes, letting players make items with different appearances from a single recipe, and items made from God Recipes may carry God Skills. New weapons and armor are also included, plus the Otomobile, which flies around the avatar and provides support. A Shinzo Mount changes appearance and performance when players attach parts made through God Crafting. Furniture and other elements are also planned.

Players control Kiwi and seal partner Momi, who investigate a report from Rumira Laboratory, collect over 100 sea creatures, upgrade equipment, and gather ships at shipyards worldwide. A playable demo runs at Tokyo Game Show 2026, September 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe, Hall 7 booth 07-C06. The Steam release is scheduled for 2027.
Kerzoven, a six-person studio in Switzerland, released a demo for the traffic control programming puzzle If Red Then Stop on Steam on September 10, 2026. Players program traffic lights and railroad crossings with state machines, building rules such as stopping cars when a light is red or lowering a crossing barrier when a train approaches. The demo teaches the basics across six stages and then adds harder traffic conditions. Publisher Metaroot, based in Zurich, handled Farmer Was Replaced(), a programming game that sold about 1 million copies, and proposed turning Kerzoven's educational prototype into a commercial title. The game was announced in October 2025, and the demo launch is tied to the Steam Programming Fest. Kerzoven's first title, Breath of the Land, was released in 2025. SHIFT UP CTO Lee Dong-gi commented on the official music video for Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN, which drew mixed reactions after its July release over its use of AI generation technology and video quality. DIFF., the Mizuno spin-off founded in 2022, began selling DIFF.3D on September 1, 2026.
