Devil Connection Sets January 21, 2027 Launch On Switch, iOS, And Android

PLAYISM announced on September 10 that Devil Connection, the demon-taming adventure game from developer ChaoGames, will launch on Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android on January 21, 2027. The downloadable version and the smartphone releases cost 2,000 yen including tax. A Switch packaged standard edition is 4,400 yen with a character encyclopedia as a first-print bonus, and a limited edition at 9,800 yen includes a Devilun plush. Physical pre-orders opened the same day at retailers in Japan. In the game, set in the magical world of Magiricia, the player is a summoner who contracts with the demon Devilun and summons magical beasts to collect their heightened feelings, called emotion aura, as magical power. Devilun's Evil Eye Search ability shows a target's thoughts and points to the correct choice among two options. The game has more than 30 summonable beasts and multiple endings. A Switch demo will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2026 at the PLAYISM booth.

Devil Connection is developed by ChaoGames, led by illustrator Bayachao, whose previous release was Kokin Touzai Okitsune Monogatari in 2023. That earlier game holds a "Very Positive" rating on Steam at 95 percent from 296 user reviews, and Bayachao has said on pixivFANBOX that they could not go all out on personal interests in that project and outsourced areas outside their specialty, such as the scenario.

Support for the new title covers Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. It is a single-player game.

Automaton notes that PLAYISM had said it was planning a Switch version, but the smartphone versions were also confirmed for January. The two Denfaminicogamer pieces advertise the TGS demo with the same prize detail, a Devilun clear pouch for visitors who try the game.

The booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026 is number 07-C06 at Makuhari Messe. Business days are September 17 and 18, 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00. Public days are September 19, 20, and 21, 2026, running 9:30 to 17:00 on the first two and 9:30 to 16:00 on the last.
