Algolemeth Demo Hits Steam With Yuzo Koshiro BGM
The demo puts a visual-programming dungeon crawler in front of Steam players ahead of a Raw Fury-published release, with a Koshiro FM soundtrack carrying the 16-bit presentation.

Kakehashi Games released a demo for the dungeon-crawling RPG Algolemeth on PC via Steam on September 10. The indie developer Gangee, also known as Medium-Rare Games, built the game around visual programming: players act as an alchemist, assemble self-propelled golems, and watch them clear dungeons automatically. Raw Fury will handle overseas publishing under the English title Dungeon Automata, and Yuzo Koshiro composed the BGM.
The demo arrived on September 10 and carries more content than the builds shown at earlier events, with improved graphics. Players send a golem party into the labyrinth and can only watch it work. Combat runs automatically, and so does exploration: direction, trap disarming, and the decision to retreat all follow blueprints the player writes. Catalysts and nodes found in dungeons change golem abilities and add new actions. The setting is Syntaxis, a land sustained by alchemy, thrown into crisis by the Tower of Corruption, which distorts the flow of ether and sends golems out of control. Yuzo Koshiro handled the BGM, built on FM sound sources compliant with the MD, paired with monochrome 16-bit-style pixel art.
