Manga creator Tsuya Tsuya will launch a new spinoff manga titled Akatsuki no Logos in Akita Shoten's Young Champion Retsu magazine on August 18. The spinoff is based on the ongoing Rakujitsu no Pathos series and follows Takuma Takumi, a manga assistant who must navigate living with the beautiful sisters of his colleague Masami Jinbo.
The next issue of Young Champion Retsu will introduce a new branch of Tsuya Tsuya's long-running Rakujitsu no Pathos story. Akatsuki no Logos centers on Takuma Takumi, a manga assistant working under Masami Jinbo, who is herself an assistant to the main series' protagonist Aki Fujiwara. Takuma's task is to keep a safe distance from Masami and her sister while living in their house.
The original Rakujitsu no Pathos launched in 2014 in Bessatsu Young Champion and has reached 19 compiled volumes, the latest released on May 20. A previous spinoff, Tasogare no Ethos, which focused on the main series' character Makoto's past, ended serialization in September 2025 and received its final volume in November 2025. Akatsuki no Logos begins serialization on August 18.
