Yoko Hikasa is attached to three anime projects at different stages: The Remarried Empress television anime from TROYCA, the January 2027 premiere of The Eternal Fool's Words of Wisdom, and the 15th anniversary stage for Inu x Boku SS in November 2026.
Yoko Hikasa's recent credits span three separate adaptations, each announced with its own cast and production details. In The Remarried Empress, announced at New York Comic Con for broadcast next year, she plays Navier in a TROYCA television anime directed by Tetsuya Yanagisawa. Crunchyroll announced the project; Ryōhei Kimura plays Heinrey, Tomoaki Maeno is Sovieshu, and Reina Ueda is Rashta.
Earlier, The Eternal Fool's Words of Wisdom received a teaser, main cast and staff, and a January 2027 premiere window. Hikasa voices Pochi, the canine familiar of the immortal mage Asley, who is played by Toshiyuki Toyonaga. Keisuke Onishi directs at Studio Elle, and Crunchyroll confirmed at Japan Expo 2026 that it will stream the series outside Japan across North America, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, the CIS, and the Indian subcontinent.
The Inu x Boku SS connection is older. A special website marks the 15th anniversary of the TV anime, and the Kitakyushu Pop Culture Festival on November 28 and 29, 2026 will host an anniversary stage with Rina Hidaka and Hikasa, who played Nobara Yukinokouji. Anniversary comments from the main cast and staff accompany the site. The three stories show Hikasa in a lead role in one new adaptation, a supporting role in another, and a retrospective appearance tied to a past series.
