Under Canopies Enters Early Access With No Combat and a Roadmap to 1.0

Novemtails has released Under Canopies in early access on Steam, a first-person survival crafting game set in a peaceful forest. Players build a cabin, grow crops, cook, and photograph wild animals to earn their trust. Hunger, thirst, stamina, and temperature are tracked, but there is no combat, no hunting, and the player never dies. A roadmap runs through a photo lab, canoe, underground biome, and version 1.0.

Under Canopies Early Access Starts October 23 On PC

Novemtails will open early access for Under Canopies on October 23 for PC via Steam. The relaxed nature survival sim has no combat or danger. Novemtails said it improved progression and the tutorial, expanded building, added farming elements, and changed animal behavior. Building trust with animals is gradual, through food and care. The demo was removed because the current version no longer reflects it.
