Tsunomaki Watame is billed on DAY2 of hololive RECORDS MUSIC STAGE 2027 at K Arena Yokohama, taking Houshou Marine's place after Marine was sidelined for treatment of vocal cord nodules. Her hololive Meet 2026 merchandise set is on sale at Tokyo Otaku Mode, and she performs the opening theme "Respawn!!" for the Nia Liston anime.
Tsunomaki Watame's recent activity runs across three fronts: a concert lineup change, a merchandise program, and an anime theme song. The concert news is the most consequential. Houshou Marine will not appear on DAY2 of hololive RECORDS MUSIC STAGE 2027, the two-day live at K Arena Yokohama on January 9 and 10, 2027, with Cover Corp. citing treatment for vocal cord nodules. Watame takes her slot on DAY2 alongside Shirakami Fubuki, Kobo Kanaeru and FLOW GLOW, keeping the four-act billing intact. DAY1 is unchanged with AZKi, Sakura Miko, Hakos Baelz and ReGLOSS. Watame wrote that she has received the baton.
The other two stories are separate from the concert. In August, the Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden anime announced Watame as the performer of its opening theme, "Respawn!!"; the show debuts October 6 on Tokyo MX, BS NTV and MBS, with HIDIVE streaming as it airs. Later that month, the Gundam x Hololive collaboration named her among six talents in its second wave of pilot suit designs, mobile suits and chibi figures, bringing the total displayed to 12.
Most recently, Tokyo Otaku Mode put hololive Meet 2026 merchandise on sale, with sets for Watame and Chihaya Rindo, both named ambassadors for the global event series. Each ambassador has the same seven items at the same prices, which indicates the merchandise is run as a standardized per-ambassador program. What the stories establish is a talent booked across a label live, an anime theme and a touring event's goods line; they do not connect the three.

Houshou Marine will not appear on DAY2 of hololive RECORDS MUSIC STAGE 2027, the two-day live set for January 9 and 10, 2027 at K Arena Yokohama. Cover Corp. cited treatment for vocal cord nodules as the reason. The announcement says discussions with Houshou Marine led to the conclusion that she could not take the stage in full condition. Tsunomaki Watame takes her place on DAY2, joining Shirakami Fubuki, Kobo Kanaeru and FLOW GLOW. DAY1 stays as announced with AZKi, Sakura Miko, Hakos Baelz and ReGLOSS. Houshou Marine posted a comment on her official X account apologizing for declining and saying she wanted to meet everyone in person, adding that she could not stand on stage in perfect condition. Tsunomaki Watame wrote that she has received the baton. The event is the first real live for hololive RECORDS, the label set up in July 2025, and a selection album, hololive RECORDS HISTORY COLLECTION, is tied to its first anniversary.
