No More Room in Hell 2 Sets August 11 Official Release
Torn Banner Studios announced on July 28 that the zombie survival shooter No More Room in Hell 2 will officially leave early access and launch on August 11 local time. The game supports cooperative play for up to eight players, who start from different points on a map, gather resources, regroup, and push toward objectives while managing infection and permadeath. The 1.0 update, named 'Armageddon,' will add the sixth map, Raven Rock, a survival mode with three dedicated maps, and a solo mode for map progression without permadeath. The update also expands character customization, adds weekly objectives, and strengthens the tutorial to address criticism about the game's high entry barrier. Hard and Nightmare difficulties will become more challenging for veterans. Cross-play is planned, uniting PC, PlayStation, and Xbox players in a shared pool. A wipe will reset all accounts at version 1.0, with early access players receiving special cosmetic packs based on their play history. The PC version will be sold at 35% off from the official release date, with no price changes afterward. The game currently does not support Japanese in-game text.
