Google Open Sources TorchTPU to Run PyTorch Workloads on TPUs
Google has released TorchTPU, an open-source native PyTorch stack for its TPUs, built jointly with the PyTorch team. Google says existing PyTorch workloads can run on TPUs with minimal code changes, and a partnership with Hugging Face lets popular open-weight models run natively on the stack. TorchTPU is paired with open-source serving engines and Kubernetes-native Fleet Routing across TPUs and GPUs.
