There Are No Ghosts at the Grand Enters Early Access in December
Friday Sundae announced during the gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 broadcast on August 26 that the first-person musical mystery There Are No Ghosts at the Grand will enter Early Access in December 2026. The player inherits a deteriorating British hotel, restores it during the day, and battles ghosts at night. Supernatural mysteries are tied to the hotel's history, its past owners, and the player's own past. The game has received a Very Positive overall rating on Steam for its playable demo. It will support Game Pass and is scheduled to launch in Early Access on PC via Steam and on Xbox Series X|S in December 2026. The announcement also noted that the game features talking power tools and a cynical cat. Developer Friday Sundae did not specify a full release date beyond the Early Access window. The title is set to be available across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Cloud, and PC platforms including Steam and Xbox on PC.
