THE GUNDAM BASE POP-UP in TAKAOKA will run at AEON Mall Takaoka in Toyama Prefecture from Sunday, November 15, 2026 through Wednesday, January 6, 2027. The free event sells and displays Gunpla along with Gundam miscellaneous goods and sweets, and plans an approximately 2-meter Gundam statue. Entry may be restricted during the run. BANDAI SPIRITS organizes it.
Bandai Namco Amusement America announced on Sunday that the planned openings of Bandai Namco Cross Store Minneapolis and The Gundam Base Minneapolis at the Mall of America are postponed from their September 30 date. The company said it will share the new opening date once it is confirmed. The two stores were to join Bandai Namco's existing North American locations in New York City and Chicago.
