Subaru Kimura is part of the 21-member Hypnosis Mic cast that performed at the 12th live concert, MIC AS ONE, on October 3 and 4, 2026 at Pia Arena MM. He also voices the monster Jack O'Happens in the Sanrio Puroland Halloween show PUROMONSTERSCRAMBLE PARTY.
Subaru Kimura's recent work crosses two projects. At Hypnosis Mic's 12th live concert, MIC AS ONE, he was among the cast that performed all seven divisions together. The show ran on October 3 and 4, 2026 at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama, with 21 cast members from six male divisions plus Chuou Division. It was shown via live viewing at cinemas across Japan and streamed live on ABEMA. Kimura appeared alongside Shintaro Asanuma, Yusuke Shirai, Sho Hayami, Ryota Iwasaki, Shota Hayama and Yuu Kobayashi.
Separately, Kimura voices the monster Jack O'Happens in the new 360-degree immersive live show, PUROMONSTERSCRAMBLE PARTY, part of Sanrio Puroland's 2026 Halloween event. The event runs from September 11 to November 3 and is themed around a monster Halloween party with the concept KAWAII x MONSTER HALLOWEEN. The show features a guest appearance by LABUBU, a character from POP MART, in the park's first collaboration with the character. Music is by FAKE TYPE. and choreography by Harris.
The Puroland event also includes a DJ time segment, PUROMONSTERSCRAMBLE DJ TIME!, held for the first time, and a horror version of the Sanrio Character Boat Ride called Noroware Pierrot, directed and supervised by the haunted house Obaken. The two stories put Kimura on a Hypnosis Mic stage in Yokohama and in a voice role at a Sanrio Puroland Halloween show within about two months of each other, but neither project is described as connected to the other, and the stories do not address his activities beyond those roles.
