Shinichiro Miki is part of the full main cast of Sunrise's Armored Trooper Votoms film The Grey Witch, which opens nationwide on November 20, 2026. He also appears in the TV commercial for The Pokemon Company's board game "Are You Perhaps Team Rocket?" as a Team Rocket voice from the Pokemon anime.
Shinichiro Miki's recent credits are announced through finished casts and commercial spots rather than new lead roles. The most recent is a TV commercial for The Pokemon Company's board game "Are You Perhaps Team Rocket?", which features Miki alongside Megumi Hayashibara and Inuko Inuyama, the Team Rocket voices from the Pokemon anime. The board game itself is co-developed by YOKA Games, costs 2,200 yen, supports 4 to 6 players, is aimed at ages 10 and up, and runs 30 minutes or more.
The other credit is a full cast announcement for Armored Trooper Votoms: The Grey Witch, the Sunrise 50th anniversary film directed by Mamoru Oshii. Miki is named among the main cast alongside Yuki Kaji, Yuichi Nakamura, Tomokazu Sugita, Takahiro Sakurai, and Sumire Uesaka, joining previously announced Miyuki Sawashiro and Mafumi Ando. The film is set at the end of the Hundred Years War and opens nationwide on November 20, 2026.
Across the two stories, Miki is attached to a theatrical film with a locked release date and to a commercial tied to a board game release, with no new television series or lead role confirmed in either report.

HoYoverse's preview program for Genshin Impact Ver. 7.2, streamed on October 23, showed gameplay footage of two new characters: Mitiya, voiced by Yusuke Kobayashi, and Valerie, voiced by Makoto Furukawa. The version preview video also featured Noi, voiced by Shinichiro Miki, and appearances by the Seven Archons. The program title for the update appears in two forms across the coverage: one write-up gives it as "When the End Falls," while another renders it as "Tracing the End." The stream broadcast the character footage rather than a standalone trailer, and the images circulating are captures taken from that broadcast. Both new characters were introduced by voice cast announcement and in-motion footage in the same program.
