Shibuya XR Art Park Trial Draws 30 to Shared AR Canvas

Shibuya Mirai Design and KDDI held the participatory XR art event "SHIBUYA XR ART PARK" on July 15, 2026, at MIYASHITA PARK. About 30 people joined artist Manabu Morita and Tokyo Designplex Institute students in painting a shared AR canvas over the park's arch. A post-event survey found 100% of participants rated the experience 4 or higher on a 5-point scale for wanting to try it again.
