RyzaChat: AI Chat RPG Announced for iOS and Android

SpiralAI announced on August 4, 2026 that it will release RyzaChat: AI Ryza and the One Summer Dream Story You Create, a free-scenario AI chat RPG licensed by Koei Tecmo Games. The app is scheduled for release in August 2026 on iOS and Android, and pre-registration opened the same day on the official website. Set in the world of Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, the game lets players advance travel, alchemy, and battles through conversation with Ryza rather than command selection. Players can switch between RPG Mode for story progression and Chat Mode for casual time with the character. The text AI uses SpiralAI's proprietary SpiralLLM, trained on all scenarios and setting materials from the original game. The project follows five stated principles: all Ryza assets were handcrafted under illustrator Toridamono's supervision with no image or video generation AI used, Ryza's voice uses recordings made exclusively for the app by original voice actress Yuri Noguchi, the world follows the original map under Koei Tecmo Games supervision, and revenue is returned as royalties to illustrators, voice actors, and original IP holders.
