Manga creator Ryuta Amazume announced on August 6 that they have been diagnosed with cancer. Amazume will undergo treatment and aim for a complete recovery, but will pause commercial manga serialization for a while. The announcement follows the recent conclusion of their Sefure series.
Ryuta Amazume's manga Sefure will end in the next issue of Young King magazine on July 27. The series, which launched in March 2019, follows a 'sex and romance' story about two sex friends. The 11th compiled volume shipped on May 2. Amazume has recently ended several other series, including Omae no Kao wo Tashikametai and Jofū.
