Reo Mikage is part of two Blue Lock merchandise rollouts: a Banpresto sweets flavor prize figure in a white suit due Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and a Pirukuru limited package line launching June 8, 2026.
Reo Mikage's recent appearances in Yomimono coverage come entirely through Blue Lock merchandising, not through the source material itself. The most recent story, dated October 12, 2026, places him in a Banpresto prize figure line built around a sweets flavor theme. Banpresto will release a Reo Mikage figure in a white suit from Wednesday, October 14, 2026, with a Seishiro Nagi figure in a matching white suit following on Tuesday, October 20. Both are crane game prizes, listed at about 16 cm and 14 cm tall respectively. They arrive after Yoichi Isagi and Rin Itoshi, who appeared in September, so the sweets flavor line is being rolled out two characters at a time through the autumn.
Mikage's earlier coverage comes from a different promotional axis. The June 2, 2026 story covers a Blue Lock and Pirukuru collaboration, the first between the lactic acid bacteria drink and the soccer anime. The limited-edition packages, released nationwide except Okinawa starting June 8, 2026, feature 12 characters split into three teams: TEAM Sleep, TEAM Immunity, and TEAM Aging Life. Mikage is one of the 12 characters, though the stories do not specify which team he belongs to.
The throughline across both stories is that Mikage's presence in the news is tied to cross-promotional goods rather than any narrative development. The two items differ in format, timing, and retail channel: a prize figure available through crane games versus a drink package sold nationwide except Okinawa. Both place him alongside other Blue Lock characters rather than as a solo subject.
