Independent circle Shitou Sombrero announced 'One in 20,000 Raindrops,' a visual novel about a cynical high school student caught in class friction, releasing June 19 on PC via Steam for 450 yen. The linear, sprite-less game follows the developer's prior works, including the highly rated 'One-Armed Crayfish.'
