Masaya Fukunishi is a voice actor attached to three anime: he plays Draken in the Tokyo Revengers panel at Anime Expo 2026, Vantner in the upcoming Overgeared anime, and Hibiki Yamimori in the second season of Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc.
Masaya Fukunishi's recent credits place him in three different adaptations. At Anime Expo 2026, he appeared on the Tokyo Revengers panel alongside Yuki Shin (Takemichi) and Yuu Hayashi (Mikey), all three in Tokyo Manji Gang jackets. The panel discussion covered how their characters evolved across the series, with Hayashi saying the next season shows a darker Mikey without hesitation and Shin saying Takemichi would find true strength in the upcoming season. Fukunishi's role in that series is Draken.
In August 2026, the Overgeared anime confirmed its October 2 premiere on Tokyo MX and BS11 and listed Fukunishi among the supporting cast as Vantner. The same announcement named Riho Sugiyama as Jishuka, Masaaki Mizunaka as Toban, Kō Bonkobara as Regas, Kōhei Amasaki as Pon, and Shunichi Toki as Faker, and previewed the opening theme "SATISFY" by Re:name and the ending theme "Ray of Emotion" by virtual singer TAO.
Earlier in June 2026, Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. season 2 added Fukunishi as Hibiki Yamimori, alongside Manaka Iwami as Sakae Tōnomori. That season premieres on NTV on July 4 at 24:55 JST, with the opening theme "Latte Magic" by syudou and Yūsei Yagi. The three credits sit in different franchises and seasons, and each comes from a separate announcement rather than a voice actor profile.
