Detective Precure Film Debuts Kimi To Idol And Wonderful Trailer
Toei Animation released on September 13 two new trailers and a key visual for its Precure film, opening September 18. The first trailer, labeled Kimi to Idol and Wonderful, shows characters from Kimi to Idol Precure and Wonderful Precure joining the four Detective Precure leads. The sequel series is set in 1999, and the previous two series have their own time settings, so the crossover's plot mechanics were unclear before the footage. In the trailer, Komugi Inukai runs ahead while dragging along Iroha Inukai, and the two series' characters speak. The second trailer, This Is A Detective, follows the four Detective Precure leads refusing to give up on a difficult mystery, including Anna Akechi's line that they will not give up. The same footage shows Jet-senpai taunting them. Toei also announced that all three TV series will stream back to back on ABEMA starting September 18 at 19:00.
