At Machi Asobi vol.31 in Tokushima on October 17, Anna Nagase and Studio Colorido animation producer Kazuma Momohara discussed Cho Kaguya-hime!. The Netflix film topped Netflix Japan's daily movie top 10 the day after its January debut, then opened in 19 theaters for a planned week in February and ran four months, ending in June. A special-format revival began September 18.
