Kazuhiko Inoue is voicing Nemu in the Skull Dragon's Precious Daughter television anime, set for a 2027 debut. He also appears in the Red River anime as Yuri's father and in The Insipid Prince's Furtive Grab for The Throne as a member of the Lakes Adler family.
Kazuhiko Inoue's recent roles place him in three television anime adaptations at different stages of release. In The Insipid Prince's Furtive Grab for The Throne, he is one of four cast members playing the Lakes Adler family, with the series set to debut in July. The first promotional video and cast announcement arrived in May. A month later, Red River added him as Yuri's father, a role that reunites him with Minami Takayama, who plays Yuri's mother. Both actors had previously voiced the protagonist Yuri and co-lead Kail in a drama CD adaptation of the manga. The Red River anime premiered on NTV and BS NTV on July 7-8 and streams on Crunchyroll.
The most recent announcement concerns Skull Dragon's Precious Daughter, which is scheduled for a 2027 debut. Inoue voices Nemu, the skull dragon who raises the abandoned girl Eve. Kana Hanazawa voices Eve. Kuniyasu Nishina directs at Doga Kobou, with Yuka Yamada on series scripts and Tomoya Atsumi designing characters. Kadokawa revealed the first main promotional video and main visual alongside the debut date.
Across the three projects, Inoue's parts range from a family ensemble role in a July series to a parental supporting role in a just-premiered show to a central non-human character in an adaptation still more than a year out. The Red River casting is the only one of the three where the stories note a prior connection: the drama CD that featured both Inoue and Takayama in the leads. The other two roles were announced without reference to earlier versions.
