HG 1/144 Gundam ZERO is the plastic model of the title machine from Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-ZERO. It appeared among other Gundam items at the Bandai Spirits booth at TOKYO Toy Show 2026, which ran from August 27 to August 30, 2026, alongside Gundam Miximize Gundam Zero.
By mid-October the kit had moved to the top of a retail chart. Dengeki Hobby Web compiled an Amazon Hobby category new-arrivals ranking as of 14:30 on October 19, 2026, and placed HG 1/144 Gundam ZERO first. Tamiya's Magnum Saber and Sonic Saber took third and a following place in the ten-item list. Hot Wheels' Car Culture Deutschland Design series and the Yotsuba&! Original Art Calendar 2027 held their places from the prior week.
The two stories cover different ground: one places the kit in a trade-show display, the other measures it against a retail ranking. Neither reports a release date, price, or sales figure for HG Gundam ZERO. The kit is described as a pre-order item in the ranking story's framing, and the chart placement is the only performance claim attached to it so far.
