G-Rebels Open-World Flight Sim Enters Early Access
Publisher Senatis and developer Reakktor Studios launched Early Access for G-Rebels on Steam on July 21. The game is a dystopian open-world combat flight simulation set in the year 2684, where Earth has been nearly submerged by a great disaster. Survivors live in floating cities and fight over remaining resources. Players join an elite unit of the strongest city-state, piloting a glider called the Skyblade. The open world spans over 12,000 square kilometers, allowing free exploration of outposts, factories, and research facilities. Players can follow the main story or earn income through mining, bounty hunting, racing, and other jobs. The game supports VR for first-person flight. Early Access is planned to last about six months, with price increases as new content is added. The launch price is 3,080 yen (tax included) until July 28, after which it will rise to 3,850 yen. Japanese language is not currently supported. The developers aim to improve performance, controls, and combat based on player feedback.
