Digimon Adventure is in the middle of a 30th anniversary campaign built around a fan vote, with the compilation series "Our Selected Best Adventure" airing on Fuji TV since October 4, 2026 and an HD remaster of the original TV anime shown in its main PV.
The Digimon franchise's 30th anniversary campaign moved from a fan vote to a broadcast. A worldwide poll picked the best episodes of the first four anime series: Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Tamers, and Digimon Frontier. Toei Animation turned those results into a compilation TV series that airs the winning episodes on Fuji TV starting October 4.
The series, titled "Our Selected Best Adventure," got its main PV on September 27. That PV carried the first footage from the TV anime Digimon Adventure restored in HD remaster, and it introduced the opening theme "SHAKARIKI!!" On October 4, Toei released non-credit videos for the opening and ending themes. Ayumi Miyazaki and Takayoshi Tanimoto perform the songs. "SHAKARIKI!!" is the opening, "Limitless Dreams" the ending, with lyrics by Hiroshi Yamada, music by Michihiko Ohta, and arrangement by Takayoshi Tanimoto. The opening gathers characters from the four voted series and hints at the start of a new adventure.
Away from the broadcast, merchandise tied to the original series continued. KADOKAWA opened a Wa-modern themed popup shop at Gran Entas Akihabara on September 26, 2026, running through October 12, with a new Omegamon illustration and goods including folding fans and multi-cases. Online orders through Cadost ran the same dates, with shipping set for January 2027. MegaHouse is reprinting the G.E.M. Series Greymon and Taichi Yagami figure, priced at 17,600 yen, with pre-orders from June 5, 2026 and release scheduled for November 2026.
