The indie title MoonHack appeared at the Tokyo Game Show 2026 indie corner in Hall 9 at booth 09-C53, where the playable demo covers the rhythm action portion rather than the novel portion. Developed by ASTRA, the indie brand of Astro Production, the game is set in 2125, when AI measures emotion and optimizes choice. It was first announced as Humanity Optimization Plan, in which the player collaborates with the optimization AI AEGIS.

Rokuhan is releasing two Z gauge sets that reproduce the 500 Series Shinkansen's retirement commemorative logo, ahead of the train's full retirement in July 2027. The 8-car set (T013-8) forms the full V8 formation and includes stickers for the logo on cars 1 and 7. A 5-car add-on set (T013-9) holds only middle cars and combines with separately sold sets. Both ship October 31, 2026, and are available for preorder on Amazon.

Kotobukiya is re-releasing its ARTFX J figure of Touko and Tepig from Pokémon Black and White. Based on a newly drawn illustration by artist Ariga Hitoshi, the 1/8 scale PVC figure features Touko in her signature hot pants and ponytail, with Tepig posed on flame-effect clear parts. It is priced at 15,400 yen and ships in November 2026.
