The official website for Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 4 has released a preview trailer and stills for Episode 13, which is Episode 79 overall, ahead of its August 19, 2026 premiere. The episode continues the Recapture Arc, the second cour of the season, which began airing on August 12, 2026. The arc follows Subaru Natsuki and his allies as they cross the dangerous Auguria Dunes toward the Pleiades Watchtower, where the wise man Shaula is said to hold knowledge that could restore what was lost in the Priestella battle. Rem remains trapped in an endless sleep, Crusch has lost her memories, and Julius has lost his name. The preview stills show the returning cast, including Yusuke Kobayashi as Subaru, Rie Takahashi as Emilia, and Fairouz Ai as Shaula. The production team also released preview stills for Episode 13 of the Break Time mini anime, which airs on the official Re:ZERO YouTube channel. Season 4 is animated by WHITE FOX, with Masahiro Shinohara directing and Tappei Nagatsuki supervising scripts.
