NOTHING NEW began streaming a theme song trailer for its We Are Aliens anime film on Tuesday, featuring adieu's song 'Sasakure' (Split). Director Kohei Kadowaki helmed the video, which previews part of the theme song not previously made public. The film opens in Japan on September 25. It stars Ryota Bando as Tsubasa and Amane Okayama as Gyotaro as young adults, with child actors Yuto Maki and Tasuku Nakagome voicing the younger versions.

The staff for Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 3: Adopted Daughter of an Archduke released the third promotional video for the second cour on June 27. The video debuts the ending theme song "Wanna me" by adieu, the singing stage name of actress Moka Kamishiraishi. The song will start airing with the episode on July 11. The video also previews the opening theme "Power of Love" by Kana Nishino. The second cour premieres July 11 on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV network at 5:30 p.m. JST. The anime began its half-year run across two consecutive cours on April 4. Crunchyroll streams the series with English subtitles and an English dub. Yoshiaki Iwasaki directs at Wit Studio, replacing previous director Mitsuru Hongo. Mariko Kunisawa writes the series scripts, and Aiko Minowa handles character design. The returning voice cast includes Yuka Iguchi as Rozemyne and Show Hayami as Ferdinand. New cast members include Yukari Tamura as Georgine, Mami Koyama as Veronica, Minami Takayama as Florencia, and others.

Singer adieu, also known as actress Moka Kamishiraishi, performs the ending theme song "Wanna me" for the second cour of Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 3. Satoko Shibata wrote the lyrics and music. The CD single releases July 29 with a limited first pressing bundling a Blu-ray of adieu's 2025 concert.
