SUNCONNECTION's ChibiGEAR Mini Camera Goes On Sale On Amazon
The pitch is a deliberate counter to smartphone shooting: a 36g body with a SONY sensor and 4K video, sold through SUNCONNECTION's own Amazon store rather than retail shelves.

SUNCONNECTION released a mini camera under its ChibiGEAR brand, the third product in the series. The body weighs about 36g and carries a SONY CMOS sensor with shooting up to 4K, dual cameras, a 1.97-inch IPS display, 21 filters, an audio recording function, an auxiliary light, and a USB Type-C port. It supports microSD cards up to 128GB, sold separately, and comes in blue and yellow.
The camera carries two lenses, an autofocus lens and a fixed-focus lens, in a body small enough for a bag, pouch, strap, or keychain. SUNCONNECTION lists travel scenery, time with friends, pets, and social media material among the intended uses. Storage runs on microSD cards up to 128GB, which are sold separately. The product is the third entry in the ChibiGEAR line and is available in blue and yellow.
