SENA Launches Solo Project, Sets November 11 Single
The founder of a three-member group is now releasing under her own name, and the first single is a writer-driven pop song rather than an idol-group track.

SENA, active in the idol groups Sanmyu~ and MELLOW MELLOW, launched a solo project under Fegment Inc. on October 24, 2026, with new artist photos released. Her first digital single, "Midnight Showtime," will be distributed on November 11. The song is written and composed by sailon and depicts a romance built on push and pull. SENA debuted in 2013 as Seira Niihara of Sanmyu~.
The project's name is the artist's, not a new persona: SENA launches as SENA, through Fegment Inc. New artist photos accompanied the announcement. The single arrives digitally, written and composed by sailon, and the release page is already live. Before this, SENA's public work ran through groups: Sanmyu~ from 2013, then MELLOW MELLOW, formed in 2017 with MAMI and HINA and major-debuting in 2018. MELLOW MELLOW held its last one-man live in June 2025.
