Psychic Force 2012 Returns For PS5, Switch And Steam In 2027

Cosmo Machia has announced that Psychic Force 2012 will be released in 2027 for PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam, with a teaser PV put out for Tokyo Game Show 2026. The game debuted in arcades in June 1998 and was built around a 360-degree all-range battle inside a cube-shaped field. Content of the port and any added elements have not been revealed.

Cosmo Machia has not said what the port contains. The teaser PV for Tokyo Game Show 2026 confirms the revival and the 2027 release window, and nothing else: no modes, no added characters, no rollback netcode, no release date inside the year.

What it carries is the field. Psychic Force 2012 puts its fighters in a cube and lets them move through it in any direction, with abilities drawn from fire, ice, light, darkness and gravity. The original ran in arcades from June 1998, then moved to Dreamcast in 1999, and was developed for PlayStation as Psychic Force 2.
