Panasonic Tops AI Brand Mentions in Home Appliance Survey

Optyino.ai analyzed 40,930 AI responses from eight models to see which brands appear most in home appliance and gadget recommendations. Panasonic led at 51.08% of responses, followed by Sharp at 35.32%. Among eight AI models, seven had Panasonic as the most frequent brand; Copilot was the sole outlier, favoring a PC shop brand instead.

Optyino.ai, a GEO/AIO platform, examined 40,930 AI responses collected from April to July 2026 to see which home appliance and gadget brands get mentioned most. The results show that 96.57% of responses contained at least one brand name, with Panasonic appearing in 51.08% of all responses. Sharp came second at 35.32%, a 15.76% gap. The top four spots were all Japanese general home appliance makers: Panasonic, Sharp, Hitachi, and Toshiba.

Across eight AI models-Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Grok, and Perplexity-seven had Panasonic as the most frequent brand. Only Copilot differed, showing a PC shop brand, LEVEL∞, as its top mention. Copilot also had the highest brand occurrence rate at 100% but the fewest unique brands (73). Gemini detected all 81 brands, making it the most diverse.
