NTE Ver.1.4 Opens Pukaland Theme Park, Adds Kurobane And Akane Rin On September 30

The update stacks a second Porsche blind-box collaboration and a full theme park on top of the character banners, so NTE is betting its post-launch slate on side activities rather than story alone.

NTE Ver.1.4 Opens Pukaland Theme Park, Adds Kurobane And Akane Rin On September 30

Perfect World Games streamed a preview program on September 16, 2026, for NTE: Neverness to Everness Ver.1.4 "Nameless Prayer Song," which launches September 30, 2026, with second-half content arriving October 21. Two S-rank characters join: Kurobane, voiced by Mamiko Noto, in the first half, and Akane Rin, voiced by Ikumi Hasegawa, in the second. Kurobane is a Soul-type witch with an instant chain trait who can turn into a crow to fly through the city. Akane Rin is a Phase-type former Anomaly Hunter who inflicts Harmonize with an electric guitar. First-half banners run from September 30 until October 21 at 6:59, covering Kurobane's "Oracle of the End" plus a Requiem rerun. Akane Rin's "First Star" runs from October 21 until November 11 at 6:59. Each half adds one story chapter, and the island theme park Pukaland opens with more than 10 attractions.

The second-half story, "To Us on That Day," continues the band side story with Akane Rin, Nanari, and Hania performing as Nekotori!!!! on stage at Craymon Academy's founding anniversary festival. A cover video of the BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! song "Mayoiuta" tied to that story has passed 1.6 million views on YouTube as of the program, and the stream teased a new Nekotori!!!! collaboration song using an intro believed to be from "God knows..." from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Pukaland splits an island into four areas with attractions such as a coin-collecting roller coaster, a maze that starts from a random location, and a first-person haunted house. A dedicated currency, Puka Stars, exchanges for the Puka Boat ride, gliders, titles, and Origin Stones, with night illuminations and fireworks changing the scenery by time of day. Kurobane's materials are Memory's Persistence from the Debt Collector and Vivid Stub from the Spotted Butterfly. Other additions include a 1,000-floor tower mode, a 1-on-1 gingerbread quick-draw mode called Crispy Golden Festival, and Deco Parts for character decoration.
