Horror Collector Anime Adds Three Cast Members Ahead Of NHK Debut

The television anime of Midori Sato's Horror Collector novel series added Sae Hiratsuka as Momo, Ryota Osaka as Raita, and Hana Hishikawa as Sachiko Konno. Guest roles for the first three episodes go to Yoko Hikasa, Sumire Uesaka, and Yuma Uchida. Yuki Inaba directs at Studio Palette. The anime debuts on NHK on October 10, with Crunchyroll streaming it as it airs in Japan.

The three additions join a cast that already includes Hiiro Ishibashi as Fushigi Senno, Jun Fukuyama as Jimmy, Saori Hayami as Himitsu, and Nobuhiko Okamoto as Blue Umbrella Man. Separately, the staff named the guest cast for the first three episodes: Yoko Hikasa as Urban Legend Woman, Sumire Uesaka as high schooler Seira Takada, and Yuma Uchida as magazine journalist Takaaki Saito.

Yuki Inaba directs and handles series composition at Studio Palette, with Kaori Yoshikawa on character design and Masato Koda composing the music. Yen Press releases the novels and Niko Yuki's manga adaptation in English under its JY for Kids imprint.
