Good Smile Opens Preorders for 1/7 Scale Hatsune Miku Cheerleading Figure
The figure shows the illustration contest pipeline still feeding Good Smile's retail line, turning a contest entry into a scaled product roughly a year out from release.

Good Smile Company has opened preorders on Amazon.co.jp for the G.S.Collection Hatsune Miku Cheerleading Ver., a 1/7 scale painted plastic figure based on an illustration by Morimoto from the Hatsune Miku x Good Smile Illustration Contest Vol. 3. It stands about 254mm, is sculpted by Pot of Digital Pot with coloring by Ekoshi and production cooperation from the GSC Production Department, and is priced at 27,800 yen with a release date of November 30, 2027.
The figure's selling point is the translation of Morimoto's flat illustration into three dimensions: the color design is carried over to keep the light, pop impression of the original. Shadow colors in the bangs and the texture of the pom-poms are handled through gradation work, which the source singles out as the detail worth inspecting at this scale.
Preorders are open on Amazon.co.jp, where the product is listed at 27,800 yen tax included. The listing carries the usual caveat that stock and price can move after publication.
