Billy Bat Wins Best Manga At The Harvey Awards
The Harvey Awards are voted on by comics professionals rather than by fans or a publisher bloc, so Billy Bat's win is the North American comics industry's own verdict on a two-creator manga that arrived through Abrams ComicArts' Kana line.
